Scott practiced architecture for almost fourteen years before attending law school. His architecture practice focused on designing and administering contracts on senior housing, military, and state agency projects with budgets from $5 million to $90 million dollars. Scott speaks the language of construction and design, and has the background to know how a project should go, and where it went wrong.
Scott has litigated and negotiated on behalf of clients on every side of the construction contract, particularly general contractors, and has prosecuted and defended contract, bond, construction defect, and copyright violation claims.
