Robert Lantz has over 30 years of experience as a commercial litigator, business transactional attorney, and insolvency professional. Mr. Lantz works with individuals and businesses to develop tactics and strategies to allow them to succeed in the marketplace, effectively address possible and existing litigation, and seek solutions when insolvency or bankruptcy seems imminent. Mr. Lantz' background in both the public and private sectors gives his practice a capacity to help clients analyze the legal landscape and interpret trends and economic patterns to anticipate challenges and manage effective actions for growth and change, economic contraction, and client adaptation to new economic and technological realities.
Robert serves the community by providing leadership and assistance to non-profit organizations throughout the Denver metropolitan area. He has been the president of the Denver Council on Foreign Relations since 2019. Since 2018, he has served as a volunteer attorney to survivors of human trafficking through the Alliance to Lead Impact in Global Human Trafficking ("ALIGHT").
