Paul is a seasoned appellate and trial attorney and has more than twenty years' experience handling matters of varied complexity before state and federal courts in Minnesota and elsewhere. For the past two decades, Paul has defended numerous companies and individuals involved in personal injury litigation, contract disputes, employment, and medical malpractice cases. His personal injury litigation experience includes product liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, and liquor liability. Before joining Quinlivan & Hughes in February of 2020, Paul worked as both an associate attorney and shareholder for a boutique Minneapolis law firm which specialized in the nationwide defense of complex product liability cases for major motor vehicle manufacturers.

Paul brings clarity to cases by helping clients understand their particular legal problem, develop realistic goals, focus on what matters, and prepare an efficient and cost-effective plan for solving their problem.
