Norman Mott represents management and employer interests in employment discrimination, labor law, labor relations, civil rights, wage/hour, immigration, OSHA, ERISA and other employer-employee relations matters since 1976. For many years he taught Labor Law at Loyola University College of Law. While in law school, Norman served on the Board of Editors of the Mississippi Law Journal. Norman has successfully represented employers in over 100 union organizing drives. He has handled both class action and individual employment discrimination suits in federal and state courts, and has worked with large and small employers in developing personnel practices designed to achieve the employer’s business goals including maintaining their union-free status.
