Principal attorney Nick M. Campbell has been practicing construction, real estate and homeowner association law in California since 1996. Prior to forming Builders Law Group, he was a senior associate attorney in construction and homeowner association law firms and, from 2006 until 2010. In addition to being licensed to practice law in California and Arizona, Nick is also a California-licensed real estate broker. Nick is authorized to practice before all California state courts, the Southern and Central Districts of the United States District Courts and before the United States Supreme Court.
In construction matters, Nick represents owners, builders, developers, contractors and material and equipment providers in private and public works projects. Such matters include mechanics’ lien and stop notice actions, construction defects, construction collections, Federal Miller Act claims, delay claims, claim valuation, contract review and drafting, contractor licensing matters and employer-employee disputes.
He also represents clients in homeowner association and real estate (buyer-seller) disputes and general counsel matters.
