Matt Duckworth is the managing member of The Construction CFO in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Construction CFO provides training, fractional-CFO, and outsourced accounting services to contractors, developers, and building materials manufacturers. Matt has acted as fractional CFO to some of the top-performing kitchen & bath remodelers in the US, provided financial leadership to real estate acquisition and development projects totaling over $350 million, and participated in numerous debt and equity financings and land acquisitions for major Mixed-Use, New Town Development, Industrial Warehousing, Storage, and Multi-Family projects throughout the United States. He has helped secure over $75 million in bank financing for small businesses and led multiple M&A transactions from Letter of Intent through Closing & Integration. Matt is a former Adjunct Professor in Financing Entrepreneurial Ventures at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock and has contributed to two published books, The Minimum Wage Millionaire by Bill Edgar and Bonds: The Unbeaten Path to Secure Investment Growth by Stan & Hildy Richelson (Bloomberg Press). Matt holds a Master of Business Administration and has passed FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities certifications.
