Kimberly G. Altsuler is a Partner in Peckar & Abramson’s Houston office, where she concentrates her practice on residential construction litigation and dispute resolution and commercial litigation. Kim represents some of Texas’ and the nation’s top homebuilders in efficiently and effectively resolving their disputes so they can focus on the business of homebuilding.Kim has handled a variety of construction matters, commercial matters, contract disputes, products liability, and personal injury in state and federal courts and arbitration. She also has experience in both state and federal appellate courtsKim earned her B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors, and her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
