About Justin Munizzi
Justin believes that providing outstanding service to his clients is only the starting point. His real goal is to develop wise and creative solutions, custom-tailored to his clients’ unique situations. That’s why he believes in taking a different approach to the practice of law than many other attorneys do—with everything from contracts drafting, to negotiating a settlement, to billing practices—Justin takes the time to really listen and find out how he can best serve you and your interests.
Justin attended Stetson University where he studied Business Law, Management, and Family Enterprise Consulting. Upon graduating with his Bachelor of Business administration, Justin attended Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor. He also received book awards recognizing him as the highest-ranking student in multiple courses, including Trial Advocacy and Motions and Depositions. Justin also obtained his Florida Supreme Court Mediator Certification concurrently while studying law.
Justin is an active member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Volusia County Bar Association, and Seminole County Bar Association. Justin also serves as a volunteer mediator with Volusia County Court Mediation Services, and sits on the board of several local non-profit organizations.
