About Jeremy Hebert
Jeremy A. Hebert, co-managing partner and member of Becker and Hebert, LLC, is a graduate of the University of Mississippi (B.B.A. 1995) and Tulane University School of Law (J.D. 1999). Mr. Hebert has a practice primarily focused on business, commercial and real estate transactions and litigation.

Mr. Hebert is currently admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Lafayette Parish Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Louisiana and American Associations for Justice.

Mr. Hebert has a practice that serves local, regional, national and international clients, and encompasses a broad range of financial, corporate, commercial, real estate and business law transactions and litigation. He is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, the Acadiana Mortgage Lenders’ Association, the Louisiana Mortgage Lenders’ Association, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Realtors’ Association of Acadiana, the Acadiana Homebuilders’ Association, the Louisiana Land Title Association, and the Louisiana Bankers Association.

Mr. Hebert is a licensed title insurance producer for the State of Louisiana and for four major title insurance underwriters including Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Hebert was one of several common benefit counsel in the matter entitled In Re: MDL 2179 Oil Spill by the Oil Rig (Deepwater Horizon) and represented hundreds of individual claimants and businesses in the handling of their real estate and business economic loss claims. In the past, he also successfully represented over one hundred individuals and businesses in a mass tort train derailment, chemical exposure and evacuation case.
