Attorney Webber is primarily involved in construction and real estate litigation matters representing developers, contractors, and design professionals. He regularly advises clients involved in public construction projects, on issues including contract administration, construction defects, and bid protests. He has handled construction cases involving schools, municipal buildings, residences and residential subdivisions, condominiums, commercial developments, leases, and solar projects. Mr. Webber’s practice also includes general commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Webber was born in Hanover, New Hampshire. He graduated from Tufts University in 2003 with a B.A. in Political Science and History and thereafter attended Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Webber graduated from law school cum laude in 2006 and in 2009 he completed Boston University Law School’s Graduate Tax Program earning a LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation. Before joining Nathanson & Goldberg as an associate in 2009, Mr. Webber worked at two Boston area law firms specializing in construction litigation, where his clients included the City of Boston as well as general contractors, subcontractors and their sureties.
