About Gabriella Oxford
Gabe Oxford is an associate attorney in the Houston office of Cokinos | Young. Her practice focuses primarily on construction law and commercial litigation. Gabe received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was voted Permanent Class President for the UT Law Class of 2019 by her peers. While in law school, Gabe served as an executive board member for the Women’s Law Caucus, as well as the Director of Development for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. She worked as a student attorney with UT Law’s Children’s Rights Clinic representing children in cases in which the state seeks custody or termination of parental rights.
Throughout law school, Gabe learned about regulatory and administrative law by working at the Railroad Commission of Texas and the Texas Water Development Board. Gabe also worked as a policy analyst for Senator Brandon Creighton during the 86th legislative session. During the last legislative session, she served as the committee clerk for the Senate Select Committee on Texas Ports.
