Damien Strohmier is an audit and advisory Senior Manager specializing in construction and has 15 years of overall public accounting experience with 13 of those years at Blue & Co. Damien spends his time assisting clients with various projects from merger and acquisition due diligence, debt restructuring, compensation strategies, and monthly financial advisory assistance including meeting his clients banking, bonding, and prequalification compliance needs.
Damien has served as the treasurer of the Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity along with various roles at construction associations including Allied Construction Industries, Indiana Construction Roundtable, Indiana Subcontractors Association, Construction Financial Management Association of Ohio and Indiana, and Indiana Constructors, Inc. Damien has led the financial education sessions for the Allied Construction Industries Leadership Excellence Program, Indiana Subcontractors Association Leadership Development Academy and Indiana Constructors, Inc. Leadership Institute. Damien has also presented for these associations including the Construction Financial Management Association national conference.
Damien is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a minor in finance. He spends the early morning hours in the gym, and enjoys his free time with his wife and two children and playing recreational sports.
