About Casey OFlynn
Casey Q. O’Flynn is a native New Orleanian who joined the firm as an associate in 2019. Casey practices primarily in the areas of real estate transactions and development, construction, leasing, and financing; general business and corporate law; corporate and partnership taxation; and estate planning, wills, and trusts. Prior to joining Riess LeMieux, Casey worked in the Real Estate Funds Group of a Big Four advisory firm in Atlanta, where he advised both acquirers and targets in REIT M&A transactions totaling in the billions of dollars. Casey has significant experience navigating myriad issues involved in successfully structuring, negotiating, and closing these transactions.
