About Bruce Tribush
Mr. Tribush represents commercial lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured credit facilities, construction loans, permanent loans, bridge loans, mezzanine debt transactions, loan participations and loan restructurings; owners and developers in the acquisition, financing and development of real estate; owners, developers, lenders, design professionals and construction professionals in design and construction matters; landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions; and institutional and private investors in debt and equity real estate investments.
Mr. Tribush devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing a broad range of clients in design and construction matters. This representation includes: advising clients on project delivery methods and procurement of design and construction services; negotiating design and construction contracts; structuring and negotiating equity and debt financing documents; negotiating development agreements; and counseling clients with respect to contract interpretation, liens, payment issues, contract defaults, project changes, project close out management, warranty and defect claims, claims assessment, indemnification and insurance.
