About Bruce Barrett
Bruce Barrett began his career at Margolis Edelstein 1983 after completion of a judicial clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has been a Partner in the firm since 1989. Bruce represents defendants in complex litigation and class actions, including professional negligence, employment discrimination, directors and officer’s liability, and construction cases. He also defends Home Owners’ Associations, and a number of financial institutions confronted with consumer and unfair trade practices matters.
