Bradley Pollina is a commercial litigator and business counselor who is dedicated to providing clients with personalized and cost-effective legal solutions. Brad maintains a general commercial litigation practice with a particular focus on the real estate and construction industries, including commercial lease disputes, representation of developers and construction companies in all manner of contract disputes, and the prosecution and defense of actions involving mechanic’s liens. Brad also litigates employment-related matters and appeals arising out of commercial cases of all kinds.
