About Blaine Brown
Blaine Brown is an Associate Attorney in our Irvine Office. His primary practice area includes Personal Injury Law, Premises Liability, Homeowners Association Litigation and General Civil Litigation.
During his first year as an attorney, he has appeared on behalf of his clients in over twenty five (25) hearings/motions, and deposed and defended over forty (40) depositions of experts, defendants, plaintiffs, and third party witnesses. Additionally, he mediated an employment/business dispute with several Defendants where the Plaintiff demanded seven (7) figures. After ten (10) hours of mediation, the case settled for $30,000.00, only $10,000.00 of which was pertaining to the client.
Mr. Brown earned his Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, Salutatorian, from Western State College of Law in December 2018. During his legal studies, Mr. Brown attained thirteen Witkin/Highest Grade Distinction awards for the highest grade in law school classes, while maintaining an active role in the student community.
Additionally, Mr. Brown was: (1) the President of the Business Law Association; (2) an Editor of Law Review; and (3) a Student Competitor on the Moot Court Team. While on the Moot Court Team, Mr. Brown competed in the NAAC Regional San Francisco Moot Court Competition, where he argued at the Federal Court of Appeals.
While in law school, Mr. Brown interned for Niagara Bottling, where he was able to learn the corporate and business considerations in Business Law, while building a foundation for a career in Civil Litigation.
Prior to law school, Mr. Brown earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Option in Finance from California State University Chico.
