Aaron graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from SMU in 2009. Following graduation, he worked as a Corporate Financial Analyst for seven years where he acted as a true business partner by providing financial results to operational divisions along with analysis and support. As a jack of all industries, he worked in the fields of Automotive, Construction, Healthcare, Marketing, Luxury Goods, and Media Services.
Aaron later transitioned into Compliance where he established standards and implemented procedures to ensure compliance programs throughout the organizations he served were effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, and correcting noncompliance with laws and regulations. He has reviewed FINRA, SEC ’34, MSRB, FRB, & OCC (et al) Rules for compliance in Debt/Equity products, Corporate Finance, and Capital Markets lines of business. Aaron has also assisted in launch of private equity and hedge funds. He has studied cross border transactions and international movements of funds and financing.
While attending Texas A&M School of Law, Aaron focused on advocacy including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial courtroom skills. This led to being inducted into the National Order of Barristers as well as being named a Preeminent Advocate by the A&M Law School Board of Advocacy.
As a Texas attorney in the business of business, Aaron seeks to bring his decade of experience in Finance and Compliance to the table or the courtroom for the benefit of his clients in any matter that affects them or their organization.
