1. CLERK OF JUDICIAL RECORDS SHALL NOT be required to enter on the docket and suit, action, Order or Court, enter any Judgment thereon, or perform any service whatsoever for any person, political subdivision or the Commonwealth until the requisite fee is paid.

2. ON ALL FILINGS OF District JUSTICE TRANSCRIPT OF JUDGMENT a Notice of Entry of Judgment pursuant to PA.R.C.P.no.236 together with a stamped self-addressed envelope shall be provided to Clerk at time of filing. Visa – Mastercard is Accepted.

The Lackawanna County Clerk of Judicial Records – Civil Division accepts cash, business checks, certified checks, money orders, or traveler’s checks, payable to “Clerk of Judicial Records of Lackawanna County”. Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $30.00 service fee. Visa – Mastercard is accepted. No personal checks accepts.
