The Adams County Prothonotary’s filing requirements are as follows:

Upon filing of any motion or petition for disposition by the court, the filing party shall provide the Prothonotary with copies of the proposed documents and addressed, stamped envelopes for all respective parties.​

Receipts are to be returned to the filing party.

The Adams County Prothonotary’s Office accepts all major credit and debit cards. A 5.95% convenience fee will be charged. Filing fees are payable by cash, checks or money orders.
