E-Filing

Those interested in e-filing real estate and/or lien filings have options. The filer may go through the GSCCCA e-filing portal directly or through an Authorized Submitter. The filer may also elect to become an Authorized Submitter through the GSCCCA.

Coweta County Clerk of Superior Court currently has five Authorized Submitters. They are: Simplifile, CSC/Ingeo, Indecomm, eRecording Partners Network, and eDOCS. To file through one of these submitters, arrangements would need to be made with that specific company.

Any person or organization can choose to file directly through the GSCCCA portal without using an Authorized Submitter. To do this, begin by registering for a Participant ID at www.efileregistry.org. Once a Participant ID has been assigned, it is then necessary to register at efile.gsccca.org to gain access to the portal and associate the Participant ID with that account access. This account will require that payment arrangements are made with the GSCCCA to cover recording costs for e-filing documents. There are different options with associated fees available, such as ACH transfers, credit card payments or pre-funded accounts.

To submit a filing through the GSCCCA portal, login to the Dashboard at efile.gsccca.org and choose the New Filing option. Follow the instructions carefully. Once submitted, the filing will be
imported into the Clerk’s Office filings for that day. An electronic
confirmation will also be returned by the Clerk’s Office once the document is accepted or rejected.
