Georgia Interim Lien Waiver form

This is the Georgia Interim Waiver Form (also referred to as a Georgia Waiver and Release of Lien and Payment Bond Rights Upon Interim Payment).

Georgia lien waivers are not separated between conditional and unconditional. After executing a Georgia lien waiver it will be conditional for a period of 90 days. If payment hasn’t been made, the waiving party must file an Affidavit of Nonpayment before the 90-day period passes. If not, the waiver becomes unconditional and binding; whether payment has been made or not.
