About

David Bratton was born and raised in Austin, Texas. After graduating in 1988 with a B.S. in Finance, he moved to Washington, D.C., where he worked for some of the top builders in the country. He served as Production Manager over the State of Virginia for the 2006 NAHB/Builder Magazine Co-National Builder of the Year. David moved home to Austin in 2006 and started Watermark Homes in 2007. He has more than 30 years' experience as a builder.
