Payment Process:

In order to pay an invoice, we will need the invoice at or below the DNE, including any taxes and incurred costs from initial trips. If additional is needed, you must tell the project coordinator prior to the work being completed. Your 1st 3 work orders will be on a net 10 (after receipt of all documents and completion of the entire project), to establish a good working relationship. After your 1st 3 are paid out, we move you to net 60 terms. We only pay by check and we mail them out every Friday provided we receive all required documents by Tuesday of that week. Invoice submission requires the following and must be emailed to ap@wpsgc.com or uploaded to our vendor portal. If you would like to be added to the portal, please email service@wpsgc.com to get set up.1. Invoice2. Store sign off – signed by manager when work is complete3. Lien waiver – signed by you/Notarized (if invoices for the work order total $1500 or more)4.
