TEEL just adopted Procore Billings which has streamlined their process even better. We are typically paid in 30-40 days
Pay when paid like all other GCs but will work with you if you need quicker payment if the owner doesn't pay in 30 days. Seems like they work with a lot of good reputable owners so never had to exercise early payment discounts but they are there if needed.
Treated us fairly and paid within 30 days, even through they hadn’t been funded by the owner. They offer reasonable early pay discounts which we took when our cash flow was tight.
