Working with Weston and his team was a great experience. We used them to completely remodel a new workout area for our gym and they knocked it out of the park! The quality of their work is top notch, but Weston’s (and really the whole team’s) friendliness, responsiveness and ability to meet you in the middle (times are rough being a small business in covid!) was why we highly recommend them!!

My company has always been paid on time. Commercial general contracting can be tricky so as a sub contractor we expect a slower turnaround with payments on certain jobs depending on what RCG has set up with their clients for payment schedules. They have always been upfront with the process and timing on each individual job I have been hired on and they have never failed to pay. No complaints here and it looks like some of the complaints posted from others might have more to it on why a payment was delayed. I have seen the same sub contractors on every project my company has been involved with and I find it hard to believe they would all continue to start new projects if they were not being paid. Just my 2 cents.

Me and my crews have been working with Ryon Construction for long times and never had a problem. I dont do reviews but came across page and see some of the complaints. I not sure full storys but it sounds like some of them dont like waiting for any payments. All companies have process and some are very long but this company only some days and we have always been paid on time. Maybe should hear both sides of stories for bad comments.

My crews and I have completed a few projects for Weston and his company. We are currently on a couple more and we have always been paid as agreed. Payment amount and time varies depending on the size and type of project but that is pretty standard for any GC we have worked for. Hope to continue growing together.

They have a pretty standard payment policy in place when it comes to commercial construction. 30 day terms, common retainage percentages, Pay if Paid clause, etc. These should come as no surprise if you are a subcontractor or supplier. We have never had any issues with this company and have enjoyed working with them.
