Payment Process
Completed pay applications along with supporting documentation (subcontractor waiver, supplier waiver, Sworn statement) must be received no later than the 25th of the month. Provided a completed and satisfactory pay application is received by REC no later than the 25th of the month payment with be released on or before the end of the following month. The contract is a paid when paid contract.
Matt Padgett should only be contacted after vendor has provided all documentation required under the contract, payment is more than 10 days past due and the vendor has contracted REC assigned project manager and project assistant and received no satisfactory resolution
