Pays great if you work with the right PM. There are a few PM that is not easy to work with them since they don't follow the RD Olson's policies.

RD Olson Construction is a great company to work with. They concern about the quality and timely manner of the project and as long as you keep up with them, there would be no issue at all. We always have good experience with them and not aware of the situation if anything goes wrong.
