Their process once setup is very scalable and doesn't require much oversight. As it can happen, they did not include us on a monthly pay app (during the middle of the project). When the payment didn't arrive as expected, we sent a little notice and received a personal apology with the reasoning and payment very timely thereafter. Overall a good team to deal with!
I really like how this company insures all subs are paid. Too many times other large construction companies pay the main and don't worry about the subs on a project.
Have done several small repair jobs for them over the last 15 years . Usually get paid about 6-7 weeks after the work is complete. The foreman are generally easy to work with.
Overall decent. They pay faster than most commercial accounts, usually you'll receive payment within 30 days. Been with them for over 10 years.
Their payment process is transparent, efficient, and customer-friendly. Knoebel Construction’s team is highly professional, courteous, and prompt in responding to their clients' concerns.
