Do our job according to the contract and NCB always takes care of us. We will continue to work with him as we have for more than 20 years. Some Owners and Corporations have tried to use subs as leverage when they do not understand the full scope of the issue. A few jobs went south due to non-payments by the owners. Those are on their way to court and will settle eventually. When owners don't pay, everyone suffers. As a general contractor, you are not the bank for owners, you must get paid too.

Paid when paid contractor. Do your job complete your work, paid when they are paid. If client does not pay subs need to be prepared to file their own liens to protect their interest. NCB assists in everyway possible to make sure their subs get paid. Ultimately, if owners do not pay, everyone waits for their day in court.

Paid when paid contractors. When an owner does not pay you must file your own liens, they have not been dishonest. They have helped us try to recover from the owners in every way possible.

I've been paid on time, office staff is friendly and tries their best to help get answers to any questions. Seen first hand how conniving some of these property owners have been!

Policy is paid when paid. We have always been paid when our work is complete. Only had an issue on one job, and that was the owner of the building that screwed all of us. North Coast has fought hard to get our money for us.
