My experience with Loomis exceeded my expectations. I purchased a home seven years ago and was not taken care of and treated anywhere near the respect I received working with Loomis. The design and construction quality met my expectations, but what meant the most to me was I didn;t feel any stress whatsoever during the process. This is KEY when looking for a builder. I tell you this from my past experiences. Stress reduction by walking me step-by-step through what they were working on and making themselves available, and actually answering their phone meant a lot to me. Highly recommended!~
