Pay us on time and have a good bit of work for us. One of the few traveling general contractors we will work for down here in Florida. Get the PMs cell. They give me the info everytime I need it.

I've worked with Knoebel for 8 years or so on a variety of projects. 9/10 times they pay on time with little headache. Some of the girls in accounting help me out every now and again when I get behind on my paperwork haha.

I have been a subcontractor for Knoebel going on 15 years and I can honestly say that this is by far the best GC that I have worked for. From the owner to the PM's to the Supers they are great. They work with you instead of against you. Not every job is perfect however the good far outweighs the bad. The office staff is exceptional at getting the necessary information out that is needed to successfully complete the projects. AND most importantly for anyone in business...they pay on time and in full!

Payment was on time. We asked for some special terms upfront and they gave them to us. Once we were comfortable we moved back to 30 day terms and all has been good.

Paid us quickly. The use GCpay to track pay apps and allow. us to upload documentation and invoices easily. Payment was paid when paid, but the process worked well.

Pays on time. Took me a minute to get through GC Pay program, but after that easy to track payment. I've worked with them for several projects now and they're easy to work with.

They are paid when paid which is a pain. Usually 30-40 day term. All bills are due the 25th so if you bill on the 1st it doesn't get submitted for payment for another few weeks.

Pays on time. they do require some extra paperwork from suppliers, etc. turned in with pay apps, but not a big deal after the first job or two. They use a platform GCPay that helps us see where the pay app sits with the owners and pay dates.
