They are very stringent on all the paperwork they make you send to get payment. We had to edit our first pay request three times before they would accept it. The third time however their owner met me at my office and showed our book keeper where the instructions were for filling it out and explained why he needed it that way. Since then it has been no problem getting them processed. I was a little skeptical but I will say they are fair and I can deal with fair.
