How would you describe their payment process, speed, and policy?
One of the best builders we work for. Always has a ton of work for us and pays on time. Not sure about the other reviews, but I know they have a protocal of how to get paid and if you miss the deadline, your payment will get pushded to the next pay period. That would be the fault of the subcontractor not getting their invoices in on time, not the GCs fault. They make it clear from the start, they are not a bank and the subs get paid once they receive payment from the client... I get that. So again, its the job of us subs to get our invoies in on time. I appreciate all the work.
