Exxel are fantastic payers and we've never had a single issue with them. They are one of the best GCs out there and I think others based on reviews and no issues.

Exxel Pacific is one of our favorite general contractors to work with. We've only worked with them twice as we don't do many jobs each month but they were communicative and the jobs went well.
