Payment can be a bit slow sometime but otherwise good GC to work with
They are pretty good at communicating and keeping you in the loop when it comes to the pay when paid clause.
They have gone over 60 days out a few times, but they have always paid their bills. I have been doing work for Deacon for about 3 years.
So far Deacon has been one of most prompt paying customers. We have never had to come close to a lien.
