Payment Process:

ALL Subcontractors MUST adhere to the following procedures in order to be paid on a NET 30 basis.1. Billings are to be submitted on or before the 20th of each month and submitted electronically to:*PROJECT MANAGER***The PM Must review approve the invoice before the invoice can be processed**(Billings received after the 20th will be processed in the next month’s billing)2. Lien Waivers MUST be submitted with EVERY invoice.1. LIEN WAIVERS:Conditional Lien Waivers MUST be submitted with all progress/percentage/deposit Invoice/PayApp.Unconditional Lien Waivers MUST be provided for any previous payments with currentInvoice/PayApp.3. Invoices must include the cost code or description of work completed, percentage completedand the date of service and/or date of completion - AIA G702/G703 preferred.4. ALL work outside of contract must be accompanied by a signed change order from the projectmanager. Change Orders MUST be submitted for approval before performing the work.5. Change Order Invoicing MUST be broken down between Time, Material Mark up for eachspecific cost code accompanied by a detailed description of the work performed. Any M workmust be accompanied by daily timecards detailing start and stop time with a complete discretionof work performed. The Superintendent must sign these recognizing the work was completed.Timecards must accompany any Time and Material invoicing.6. Supplier’s Waivers (If Applicable) must be submitted with invoice – joint checks will be issued.7. Final Lien Release – To be submitted with your final billing.
