Throughout 2019, the Arizona contractors on this list had the highest rates of jobs without reported payment issues. On-time construction payments improve outcomes for everyone. A contractor’s payment speed rating (Fast, Medium, Slow) is also influenced by good payment practices, like requesting/receiving preliminary notices and lien waivers. Both of these visibility documents indicate a contractor’s concern for transparency and relationship-building on a job.
