You can also e-file your lien documents.

1. Go to the eFile Registry website — https://www.efileregistry.org/ – and Register for a participant ID
2. Once the participant ID is issued, visit the eFile GSCCCA website and register

During Registration, note you have a participant ID to submit request to associate participant ID

3. To complete the association of participant ID, go to the eFile Registry website

Select Participant ID Delegation Requests
Accept delegation request

5. Go to eFile GSCCCA website and begin filing.

Lien Fees

Material-man Lien / Cancellation: $5.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each additional page

General Execution or Lien Recording: $5.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each additional page

Cancellation or Release: $7.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each additional page

Hospital Lien: $5.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each additional page

Federal Tax Lien: $5.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each additional page

Notice of Commencement: $5.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each additional page

Every user must have an account to view and print images. The monthly charge for a regular account is $11.95. The cost to subscribe for a Single-Use account is a one-time activation fee of $5.00. However, a Single-Use account can be upgraded to a Regular account any time before the account expires.

The images may be viewed without charge and may be printed for a charge of $0.50 per page. Any method of accessing the images other than by printing is strictly prohibited.
